The Application Process
RSCO has conducted the 2012-2013 lottery for magnet schools and for the Harford Region Open Choice Program, for Suburban applicants attending Hartford Public Schools. Parents will receive from RSCO either a Placement Response letter or a Waitlist Request letter.
Please note that, in April 2012, RSCO will conduct the lottery for the Hartford Region Open Choice program for Hartford applicants attending suburban schools.
